I started a post today called writing with distractions, and it was all about how to write and blog and such while your kid was home with your for spring break…
Then I was all, WHAT THE HECK AM I DOING!! I AM BLOGGING WHILE MY KID WANTS TO PLAY.
So, don’t avoid the distractions, embrace them.

Your daughter’s adorable. And yes, it’s very important to take time off and smell the roses with the kids. The blogs will be there, but our children are growing up too fast to be preoccupied with all the deadlines we set for our lives. As a matter of fact, I’m heading to the park myself.
