@Jamie, my nutritionist suggested it to me. I tested it by using only No Hormone’s Added Milk (thankfully there are many out now) in my baking/cooking for a month. Then test it strait after my system ‘flushed’ out all the crap.

Slowly I introduced plain milk back into my system and it worked!

I used to be allergic to milk, and then I found it was really the hormones injected into milk and cheese that I was allergic to.

I am with you on #10! I actually enjoy cooking and baking, but I also really like eating out. I mainly like that I don’t have to serve and clean up after five kids.
