Thinking…
Now that I am on the other side of getting an agent I’ve been thinking a lot about it.
First, I remember obsessing about all the details. Is my book in the right font, did I spell everything right, did I ask the right questions and compare my books to books they’d actually read.
If I had one piece of advice to offer the just starting out on the query trail writer, it’s this:
Agents will forgive all that crap if the book is good. So stop sweating the details and write an awesome story.

@stacy, I’m more just talking abotu getting an agent in general… it’s tough! I am VERY lucky to have an awesome one
